About these terms

These terms apply to zapizzasf.com, which is run by Za Pizza (“Za,” “we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The menu, prices and hours

We show our menu, prices, hours and delivery area to help you plan your order. They can change without notice, and the site may not always be up to date. Please call 415-771-3100 to confirm prices and hours, and to check that we deliver to your address. The delivery map shows our usual delivery area.

Ordering

We take orders by phone and in person at 1919 Hyde St @ Green. This site doesn’t take orders or payments.

Food allergies

The menu descriptions don’t list every ingredient. If you have a food allergy or dietary need, please tell us when you order.

Our name, logo and content

The Za Pizza name and logo, the names of our pizzas and the text, photos and design of this site belong to Za Pizza or to the people who created them, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The site’s photos are by the studio deux. You’re welcome to link to the site and share it, but please don’t copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.

Some content belongs to others: the “About Us” story is an excerpt of an SFGate article, credited on the page; the Instagram posts in our Gallery belong to the people who posted them; and the Tripadvisor awards and logo are Tripadvisor’s.

Using the site

Please don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its visitors, or interferes with how it works, for example by trying to break into it or overload it.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Google and the Internet Archive. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Za Pizza isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
